Effective September 23, 2026. This policy covers Sites Daily Reporting, the private Google Apps Script reporting tool used by the operator of Numbers & Judgment and related websites.
Google data accessed
With the operator’s authorization, the application reads Google Analytics property and web-stream identifiers and aggregate performance reports, and Google Search Console property identifiers and search-performance reports. Reports may include users, sessions, views, engagement, events, sources and channels, pages, countries and cities, search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and average search position. Availability depends on the source and its privacy thresholds. The signed-in account’s email is used to identify the report recipient.
Purpose and storage
Data is used to produce and compare website-performance reports. Report tables, history, configuration, and run status are stored in the operator’s Google Sheets workbook. Google Apps Script processes requests and manages authorization through Google. If email reporting is enabled, summaries are sent to the configured, verified recipient and retained in the recipient’s email account. Analytics report data is not published on this website by the reporting tool.
Sharing and limited use
The application uses Google services to process and store reporting data and deliver authorized email summaries. Access to the workbook depends on its Google sharing settings; anyone the operator grants access to may see its contents. The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it for training generalized AI or machine-learning models. Sites Daily Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Stored reports remain in the workbook until the operator deletes them; this tool does not impose an automatic deletion period. Email copies remain until deleted from the receiving account. To stop future collection, disable the reporting triggers and revoke the application’s access in your Google Account connections. Revocation does not erase previously stored reports: delete those separately from the workbook and email account. Google’s own retention and recovery processes may apply.
Security and control
Google account authorization and workbook access permissions control access to the reporting workflow. The application does not ask users to submit their Google password to this website. The operator should keep the workbook restricted to intended viewers. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
